I just recently moved back to my childhood home in Orlando and it was in desperate need of being upgraded and many repairs to be done. Mr. Munson was a family friend and worked with my grandfather many years ago, so I called him when we needed a new air-conditioner. Mr. Munson himself came out to talk to me about my options due to the air unit being on top of the roof and the fact that I was going to also get a new roof as well. He told me about the newest technology of the split level air units from Mitsubishi, which would do away with the roof unit and central heat and air all together. I was a little unsure about it at first, but did some reading and read about its efficiency and lower cost in heating and cooling so, I went with his suggestion on getting the Mitsubishi split installed with the units installed in the bedrooms and one large unit in the living room which cools the living room, dining room and the kitchen. I could not believe only 4 units would cool the entire house, but I was wrong. The system is amazing and we only use 3 of the units most of the time. I can put the air on what ever temperature I want in my room and my uncle (who is always cold) can set his air on what ever degree he is comfortable with. On top of everything, our air bill is much lower than before. Super happy with the end result of the Mitsubishi, Mr. Munson thank you for steering me in the right direction and all your patience with me with all my questions and concerns. I Called this morning from Colorado for an issue with my mother's condo A/C and spoke with Maggie and she had a tech out within the hour! Diagnosis was very quick by Omar and on his way to pickup the part needed he even got my 80yr old mother a sandwich from Arby's!! Talk about compassion and above and beyond service, WOW! I could not be happier that I called Gary Munson Heating & Air. Being so far away it really made my day to know she was well taken care of and pricing was fair! THANK YOU!!
I called Munson Heating and AC today for a AC system that was out of commission. My call was answered promptly and professionally. Then the person who answered my call reviewed the problem with my AC unit and scheduled the technician for that afternoon. The Technician arrived on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then went to work to repair the problem. He took extra care to make sure the the repair was effective before checking out that the system was cooling effectively. Back in service and chilling out. Thank you
