HUGE shoutout to Chelsea & Corie who both went above and beyond to not only figure out the solutions needed to resolve the ac, but were available any time I had a question. I have used Gary Munson since I bought a fixer-upper home in 2016. They have always been fast and reliable, so when I moved and needed to replace an old unit, I called Gary. I feel like I can trust them because they stand behind their work. Reasonable prices, great service.

Had a wonderful experience with Gary Munson Heating & Air Conditioning! First, the interactions with the office staff were lovely. Maggie (I think that was her name) was friendly and responsive. She even called me on the day of my appointment to let me know that an earlier spot had opened up if I was interested. Frank came out to check out a few issues and complete a yearly maintenance check. He not only fixed the problems, but he also spent the time with me explaining what they were and giving me tips on how to avoid them in the future. Great company to work with and I know that my AC is in good hands for my yearly service from now on!
