On a hot Saturday night, my A/C went out. Gary, himself, answered the phone. Sunday: the problem was diagnosed as needing a new blower motor. A new one was put in Monday morning. It was under Trane warranty (free replacement). I have used them ever since with the $169/ for two preventative services a year. On the other hand, my mother used ************** and had a bad experience.
Have been using Gary Munson for over 3 years for service and they have always done a great job. Yesterday they did a whole system replacement and I am impressed.
I was an electrical contractor for over 10 years, and while I don't know every technical requirement for HVAC I did work alongside them a lot. I can tell you this was a high quality installation.

Called 20 minutes before arrival. Once Will, the service tech arrived he explained what he would be doing and proceed to follow the process. Explained after he checked all equipment and tested everything was good. Offered a 1 year service agreement, did not push it. Will seemed to be very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Very happy with service and would highly recommend to anyone.
Responded quickly to request for AC seasonal maintenance. Two techs arrived and proceeded to check air handler and condenser. Seemed to be a thorough cleaning and checkup overall. I would use them again as they did not have a "trip charge", they gave me an appointment within just a couple days of my call (it was an emergency), and the techs were professional and did a great job.
Gary Munson AC fixed my malfunctioning Trane heat pump this winter. Fortunately the tech was able to bypass the EV board and allow the system to provide heat during several cold snaps we had in January and February. They have been our only HVAC service provider since we bought the house, and will continue to use their services.
