Not sure why a tech who could handle the duct repair wasnt sent on the first call, but the owner came out and resolved the duct repair. Cheers
We've been using Gary Munson Heating & Air for over a year now. We have a maintenance program with them for our two heaint and air units. We've had two visits from them over the last year. Jason, the tech that came to service the units this time around, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and did a great job, as did the previous tech a year ago. They will be returning again this coming fall for another maintenance check on both our systems. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and A/C needs.
Amazing service. They were very fast setting up an appointment, texted when they were on the way and showed up on time. We are very happy with the service.
