This is a family run business that we have used for many years at our home and at our rental properties throughout central Florida. I cannot recommend Gary Munson Heating and AC enough, they are always quick to respond, fair, and honest. Great people and a great company.
My unit went down a couple of days ago . Hottest part of the year , and very busy season for a/c companies .We called Gary Munson heat and air .they were able to come right out and assess the problem , and had me scheduled in for a unit change out . their tech's arrived at scheduled time and did a complete change out on my system , and we had cool air that evening . their tech's were very knowledgeable , and completely professional . there clean up when they were done was amazing . when they left you could not even tell they had been there . i have lived in central florida for over 50 yrs , and in my humble opinion they are the best full service air conditioning company in whole state .

Munson is the BEST!!! They are always quick to respond and perfect in repair!!! They also put in some extra ductless wall units upstairs that save the day if we ever have trouble with the main unit. Thanks Gary Munson!!!! Your crew rocks!

We had to have a new unit installed after having outrageous monthly electric bills since April. Our six year old unit kept running constantly and no one could seem to resolve the issue (various local AC companies came out, but any repairs made never actually fixed the problem). We decided to bite the bullet and have a new unit installed. AJ came out and gave us a quote last week and let us know that the unit we had just couldn't keep up with the square footage of our house, likely wasn't installed properly, and was the most basic model available at the time. So here we are today, with an entirely new unit installed in just six hours, and plenty of cool air to go around! Jeff and Julio got to our house early to make sure they avoided the rain and worked nonstop to get us squared away. They even put our condenser on a new concrete slab to ensure it was up to code, along with an extended PVC drain pipe. The installation quality puts our old unit to shame. I am beyond impressed and will make sure we use Munson AC from now on! The entire process was so easy and we are so grateful for their honesty and work ethic. We're looking forward to lower electric bills now that we've had y'all out. Thank you guys!
5 star service, been around for a long time and have a great reputation, they were fast and on time , did a great job on my a/c installation, highly recommend!

Gary, himself, has gone out of his way to help me with getting my old a/c unit to limp through until his company can install a new a/c unit. So grateful. Gary's bid offered more brands and price points than other a/c companies too. He answered all of my questions so I could make an informed decision. Thank you very much.
