Eric was very prompt and professional on a Sunday call. Gary made it happen. Only the repair needed is done. I have utilized them for many years.
Great company to work with. They are extremely responsive and do an great job. We lost our air over the summer and Gary Munson AC had me up and running within hours until the new unit arrived. A new unit was delivered and replaced within days. My house is now cooler than it has ever been. I would recommend Gary Munson AC to anyone looking for a trustworthy, customer friendly company!
Had this company install a Rhemy Halo at the house in addition to some other summer preventative maintenance. Really enjoyed the tech that came out. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will call again when/if needed.

My AC went out, let Aj know, and an associate was out first thing the next day to fix it. Took him no now than 15 minutes and the problem was fixed. Honest and fair pricing and quick and reliable service. Highly recommend to anyone with an ac issue!
This is a family run business that we have used for many years at our home and at our rental properties throughout central Florida. I cannot recommend Gary Munson Heating and AC enough, they are always quick to respond, fair, and honest. Great people and a great company.
My unit went down a couple of days ago . Hottest part of the year , and very busy season for a/c companies .We called Gary Munson heat and air .they were able to come right out and assess the problem , and had me scheduled in for a unit change out . their tech's arrived at scheduled time and did a complete change out on my system , and we had cool air that evening . their tech's were very knowledgeable , and completely professional . there clean up when they were done was amazing . when they left you could not even tell they had been there . i have lived in central florida for over 50 yrs , and in my humble opinion they are the best full service air conditioning company in whole state .
