Wanted to give a shout out to Gary Munson A/C and their tech Alex.
They came out quick, diagnosed and fixed the issue that another recommended company had missed recently, and explained everything very well.
Their service charge is a little bit more than some cheaper ones (about $15-$20 more), but it is applied toward any repairs and Alex was more knowledgeable than many other techs we have dealt with.
We will definitely call them again!
Julio came out to fix our ac and was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. If his professionalism is an example of the rest of the crew, you can't go wrong. I will be supporting local and use them for all my future AC needs. Thank you!
I contacted this company on a Tues morning , at 8:00 am. because my ac stopped working the night before. I was concerned that my wife , who has a ventilator, was having trouble breathing. I never know who to call for AC repairs, because quite frankly , I very often feel scammed. ( I was referred by the head of the Lake Davis Neighborhood Association to this company). . I think it was the owner who answered the phone, and he was very responsive. He had a repair person there within 2 hrs. The repair person was very professional and knowledgable . The cost was extremely reasonable for what turned out to be a minor repair. I will no be using this company at my office as well. I highly recommend this company.
Gary Munson Heating & Air are the MVPs of Central Florida! They always go above and beyond on customer service. My AC went out last night, and they were able to accommodate a professional to be at my house TODAY for a repair!
The guy that came out was kind, professional, and informative and discussed with me a cost effective maintenance program to ensure a professional would come out annually so that we have the care our equipment needs to keep our AC running smoothly.
My house is cooling down and I couldn't be happier!

Gary Munson comes through again! We had an HVAC problem that occurred late in the day. We were able to get one of the "big name companies" to come out quick but you could tell right away they were just interested in upselling versus really diagnosing a repair. Got through to Gary later that evening and he had a tech (Jason) here first thing in the morning. Jason was very professional friendly and knowledgeable. Given the cost of the repair and age of the unit we went with a new system. Gary was able to mobilize a crew and get the Trane unit we wanted for installation the next day! Ron and Stephen were the installers and they were fantastic. Very friendly knowledgeable and worked hard to get the whole system installed cleanly and up and running that day. Highly appreciate and recommend Gary Munson!
Technicians Julio and Frank were both professional and skilled when assisting us with our AC repair. A follow-up call was needed and they came the same day we called for them. Terrific service and reliable.
Bobby and Jeff did a replacement of my 30+ year old HVAC. They were here early, did an awesome job of tearing out the old unit and installing new without a scratch to my home. They were kind and gave me some tips after install. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything worked before they left. The whole process from my initial call to payment was seamless. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!
Gary Munson heating and air is by far the best hvac company around. Every employee was professional and kind. I would highly recommend using this company for all your new and servicing needs.
Leslie, Chandler, Geoff, Gregory and Stephen worked VERY HARD to figure out a very complex duct situation that my house uniquely had. Not only did they put an entire new system in, but they worked tirelessly to correct and put in special ductwork with almost NO ROOM.... Chandler worked overtime at my home to ensure my Mom and I had working AC during these hot days; I can't recommend them enough. Professional, so kind and so knowledgeable. I'll be calling the office with a longer review. I AM IMPRESSED AND VERY HAPPY.
