Our office has used Gary Munson Heating & Air Conditioning for AC repairs many times and will continue to use their services because of their quick response time and ability to diagnose and remedy what ever problems arise with our units. The technicians who have worked on our units are professional and knowledgeable when explaining issues and answering any questions I have.
Gregory was very professional and friendly. I wrote out what problems we were having with the a/c and after reading, he wasted no time in testing and evaluating what was going on. He then went outside to examine the compressor and after cleaning it he determined it was the fan motor that was the culprit. The 90+ degree weather only compounds the problem. He advised me of the replacement cost of the motor and that it would continue to fluctuate.
Gregory fixed my neighbor's a/c unit and that was why I asked for him. It's nice to see a young man working with such great enthusiasm and efficiency!
