*This package is only good on systems 7 years or newer that have been
brought up to system standards.
This is the total peace of mind package which offers you all the benefits of
the Munson club plus a few more.
With the MVP package ( Max Value Protection) you will also get the peace
of mind, you will never have to pay a service call.
Lifetime Parts & Repair Labor warranty on any repairs made by Gary
Munson Heating and A/C as long as you’re are a current MVP

Any request to cancel, refund or transfer unused
services due under this
agreement must be submitted in writing to Gary Munson Heating and A/C 2230 B Curry Ford Rd
Orlando FL 32806. The decision as to granting ordenying any such request will be solely within
the discretion of Gary Munson A/C
Gary Munson A/C will contact customer to schedule services and will
make a minimum of 3 attempts to
schedule at the convenience of the customer during Gary Munson A/C normal business hours
(M–F 7:30AM– 4:00PM)
Any and all labor and materials provided by Gary Munson A/C performed under this
Plan shall be free of defects In both
manufacture and installation for the lifetime of the service agreement excluding the following:
compressor replacement, indoor and outdoor coil replacement, freon leaks and/or metal leaks.
The liability of Gary Munson A/C for any damage to Owner’s property resulting from
labor and/or materials and/or services provided under this Plan shall be limited solely to the cost
of repairing said damages. Gary Munson A/C shall not be liable to owner for any
consequential or incidental damages of any sort Including, without limitation, loss of business,
loss of use, attorney’s fee or business interruption.
This plan provides for service and maintenance only and, unless otherwise
specified herein, the cost of repair work and/or replacement items will be billed to owner
separately, subject to any discounts provided under this Plan. Payment due on receipt.
For any outstanding amounts owed to Gary Munson A/C under this agreement,
interest shall accrue at the rate of 1% per month (12% per annum). Furthermore, owner shall be
responsible to Gary Munson A/C for any and all collection costs incurred by Gary Munson A/C,
Including attorney’s fees (regardless of whether a lawsuit Is actually filed).
This agreement may not be waived, modified, or amended in any manner except by
written Instrument signed by both parties, and then only to the extent set forth in such written
This agreement will automatically renew at the end of the contract date,
unless customer contacts Gary Munson A/C and request a cancellation of the service
To be eligible for our Agreement, the system must be evaluated by one of our technicians to
determine if any additional services or repairs are required for approval. Initial cleaning is not
included. One month advanced payment required.
Commercial and/or oil system may incur additional charges.
