The PM services agreement is a way to know what is going on with your A/C system for one low price. We will come out 2 times a year and do this check ups and more so you have a peace-of-mind resulted from knowing that your A/C will be running at the times you need it most and not costing you on your utility bill.

Annual Maintenance contract:

1. A/C system- $139.50 a year
2. A/C systems- $255.00 a year
3. A/C systems- $355.00 a year

No Over Time Charges on Nights and Weekends if on a PM agreement.
